From 643 - Jackson is a switch hitting catcher that possesses all the traits you want in a backstop. He is an excellent receiver of the baseball and consistently steals strikes for his pitchers. Jackson has great feet behind the plate and controls the running game well. At the plate, Jackson is a next level hitter that has a pure stroke from both sides of the plate. He displays a pure hit tool and some pop that should only continue to improve as he gets stronger. Jackson understands how pitchers are trying to attack him and is a true pest at the plate. He is a jack of all trades and impacts the game in many of ways and we will be an excellent addition to a college program one day.
